Omya acquires Galderma-Spirig site OFTRINGEN, Switzerland— Omya, a supplier of pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials, acquired a facility in Egerkingen, Switzerland, from Galderma-Spirig parent com- pany, Nestlé Skin Health. The new site will house Omya's research and development activities. The company also plans to acquire Spirig Pharma's Cosmospheres business, which devel- ops and manufactures cellulose-based additives for the cosmetics industry.
