Tablet deduster
Stainless-steel deduster simultaneously elevates and dedusts
as many as 1 million tablets per hour. Unit polishes sides
and angles of tablets automatically and features a vari-
able-speed control and a long dedusting path. Deduster's
feeding height ranges from 33 to 39 inches and the dis-
charge chute adjusts between 42 and 48 inches. Machine is
available in either 110- or 220-volt models. Company also
offers tablet compression tooling, tablet presses, replace-
ment parts, accessories, and services.

Tablet deduster
UHDD uphill tablet deduster accepts tablets from 3 to 25
millimeters in diameter and dedusts up to 800,000 6-mil-
limeter tablets per hour. Built with a GMP environment in
mind, the unit has been constructed to simplify validation,
cleaning, installation, and maintenance. Deduster uses
a 7.5-meter long track and variable speed adjustment to
ensure that all tablets are free of excess powder and debris.
Unit's adjustable base allows attachment to a variety of
tablet presses.
