Electronic counter-filler
Sky Softgel 527SQ electronic counter-filler handles tab-
lets, capsules, and softgels and is ideal for high-throughput
solid dosage form bottle-filling lines. Quad-head count-
er-filler features a feed screw that moves bottles through the
counter using less space than typical quad-head counters.
Unit has 32 channels and fills as many as 200 100-count
bottles per minute.

Electronic tablet counter
Countlab Street Fighter 200 tablet counter counts and fills
up to 300 100-count bottles per minute. Single-line unit
combines two SF-100 electronic counter modules with a
series of integrated conveyor feeding systems connected
to a single reject station. Stainless-steel frame and control
panel facilitate easy and quick maintenance, ensuring reli-
able high-speed performance.

MPS VC-12 multi-lane vibrating electronic tablet counter
provides cost-effective count accuracy, simple operation,
and fast changeover. Current unit includes upgrades that
have increased output by as much as 20 percent to achieve
counts up to 6,000 tablets per minute. Company can also
retrofit these upgrades to customers' existing machines.
Unit is made in the US and features pneumatic clamp-on
trays, programmable settings, diagnostic input/output
