Electronic counter
Pharmafill TC3 electronic counter reaches counting
speeds of up to 2,500 tablets per minute or 60 bottles
per minute while maintaining 99.99 percent accuracy.
Counter features a variable-speed, vibratory feeder that
g uides the tablets or capsules from the hopper onto
a rotating glass disc that carries them to the counting
sensor and finally into bottles or other containers at a
consistent, preset flow rate, ensuring that the speed of
the tablet counter matches the speed of the conveyor
for non-stop, repeatable filling. Unit is ideal for contract
packagers and nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and cos-
meceutical manufacturers of tablets, capsules, softgels,
lozenges, and other solid dosage forms. Counter requires
no change parts, speeding product changeover to 5 min-
utes or less. Other features include a touch-screen HMI
for inline speed adjustments, a height-adjustable chute,
casters and leveling pads for easy setup and stability, and
a two-year warranty.
