Tabletting training and services Natoli Institute for Industrial Pharmacy Research and Development offers hands- on training in all aspects of tablet manufacturing. It also provides resources to com- mercial operations, including new-product manufacturing studies, tablet tooling evaluations to resolve sticking and picking, and formulation assistance. Areas of expertise include characterizing powders and predicting how they will perform dur- ing tablet compression. Courses in 2016 will address excipient selection, formulation development, hot-melt extrusion, and tablet press operation. Continuing education credits are provided.
