GKF 2600 capsule filler doses powders, pellets, tablets, liquids, and combinations
into as many as 2,600 capsules per minute. Plug-in modules—including micro-dos-
ing wheel for fills of 2 to 30 milligrams—enable you to change formats quickly, min-
imizing downtime. Unit adapts to provide level of containment your product
requires, and touch-screen control features automatic troubleshooting function.
Options include KKE 2600 checkweigher, feedback loop that automatically regu-
lates over- and under-filling of capsules, and x-ray-based inspection.
