Powder disc feeder
Low-rate disc feeders handle as little as 1 gram and as much
as 800 pounds per hour. In operation, material passes though
hopper to sprocket disc, flows freely through wiper, and dis-
charges. Feeders require less room than auger and vibratory
feeders, and PLC with color touch-screen allows you to run
them in batch, continuous, volumetric, and gravimetric
modes. Feed section removes easily for quick changeover.
Discs are 50, 100, 150, and 200 millimeters in diameter and
have 6, 12, 24, or 48 holes. Custom sizes are available. Com-
pany also offers vacuum conveyors with mechanical cleaning
systems that eliminate blowback.

Vacuum loader
Model 3VT vacuum loader transfers powders, granules, and
blends from bags, containers, and process vessels without seg-
regation or attrition. Conveying material in hygienic, isolated
environment from pickup to release protects operators and
ensures material's integrity. Automated vacuum transfer
reduces loading time by more than 50 percent, increasing
