The more time your
cat spends at home the
safer it is from roads,
fighting and disease.
By creating a fun space
for rest and play you
can keep your cat safe
and happy at home,
while also attracting
more local wildlife to
your neighbourhood.

SAFE CAT, SAFE WILDLIFE
ARE YOU A CAT OWNER?
You may have heard that in February we launched a brand new community
conservation campaign in partnership with RSPCA Victoria all about
responsible pet ownership.
The campaign, Safe Cat, Safe Wildlife, offers cat owners lots of tips about
how to keep your cats happy and healthy, most importantly safe at home.

Senior Manager,
Community Conservation Campaigns.
CHASE HACK
Blow bubbles
for your cat
Your cat will pounce, swat, chase and jump at
bubbles as they float through the air.
SLEEP HACK
Stuff an old pillow case
with shredded newspaper
This provides comfortable bedding for your cat
and is enjoyable for them to knead.
FOOD HACK
Indoor treasure hunt
This is a terrific and safe way to mimic cat hunting.
Make sure you hide food in new places and remember
cats like vertical spaces.
SENSORY HACK
Leave some extra room
on a bookshelf
They will find this a great place to rest and keep an eye
on what's happening around your home.
