Tumble blender
VCB-0.25 tumble blender is suitable for processing specialty blends with minor
active components and additives. Stainless-steel construction and gentle agitation
make the blender ideal for high value and delicate applications. V-shaped blender
achieves complete product discharge. Options include vacuum design, heating
jacket, intensifier bar for deagglomerating clumps, and custom PLC controls.
Blenders are available across a full range of working capacities up to 100 cubic feet.

V-Cone blender
Model VB-10-316S sanitary v-cone blender uniformly combines materials in 5 to
15 minutes at fill volumes of 25 to 100 percent capacity, accommodating up to 283
liters. Blender's smooth internal surface is free of baffles, shafts, and bearings,
allowing unobstructed material flow, complete discharge through the gate valve,
and easy operator access for rapid sanitization. Options include intensifier bars for
breaking up soft agglomerates or dispersing liquids to reduce cycle times, a CIP
system, heating and cooling jackets, ASME-compliant construction, load-cell
