It makes 300 to 450 blisters per minute depending on tooling configuration. It can also make as many as 80 PVC or PVdC hospital unit-dose blisters per minute. Maximum forming station output is 6.5 meters per minute, and maximum draw depth is 30 millimeters; maximum speed at punching station is 150 strokes per minute. Changeover takes less than 25 minutes.
