X36 series x-ray inspection system detects contaminants such
as metal, glass, and high-density plastic and rubber in variety
of pharma products conveyed from single or multi-lane lines.
It also performs simultaneous product integrity checks, such
as unit counting and seal-integrity verification. Typical
throughput is 1,000 units/80 meters per minute, depending
on application. Sensitivity of detector is customizable for
given application. Other features include tool-free belt
removal for easy maintenance, data monitoring software with
LED touch-screen control, large window for easy reject setup,

High-capacity vibratory screener
Model 100-2(IRC)-SS 100-inch-diameter circular vibratory
screener sifts as much as 150 tons of material per hour though
its 75-square-foot screening area. Kascade internal-recycle
screening deck features two screens of same mesh stacked in
series, allowing high throughput without increasing footprint.
On-size particles fall straight through upper screen and are
funneled to discharge through center hole in lower screen.
Remaining on-size and oversize particles cascade over upper
screen's periphery where they pass thorough 360-degree
annular gap onto lower screen deck to be scalped conven-
tionally. Air-Lift pneumatic opening-closing device offers
quick access to internal mechanism for inspection, cleaning,
and screen changes. Gravity-fed and inline pneumatic models
are available for batch or continuous operation. Clean-in-
place is optional.
