Conveyor cleaners
Company offers powered, nonpowered, and custom brush cleaners for conveyor
chain systems. DL-60 conveyor cleaner removes and prevents the buildup of
paint, dirt, scale, rust, and oxidized lubricant on monorail I-beam conveyor
chains, pins, and trolley bearings. Cleaner's twin-gear motors rotate 8- to 12-
inch-diameter brushes at 60 rpm on each side of the conveyor's chain and trol-
leys to remove buildup, eliminating product contamination, reducing power
consumption, and extending chain and wheel life.
