It entails a player learning when the right times are to use Base game and when the right times are to focus on Weapons. There are certain predetermined score counts where a player must impose their strengths on their opponent. At other times, based on what just happened the previous point or games, a player must use that information to know whether it is better to rely on their Base Game or to impose their Weapons/Strengths. At the completion of this level, a player will have all the tools, but more importantly, they will know when to use them.
