The Carson Aqua c Facility is opening its doors to kayakers. This is a drop-in program and no instruc on is provided. Carson Aqua c Facility All Ages DROP-IN WATER POLO This is a casual water polo opportunity for all skill levels. It's a great and fun way to get or stay in shape. Equipment is provided. This is a drop-in program and no instruc on is provided. Carson Aqua c Facility 16yrs+ 2019 CAPITAL CITY KIDS' TRIATHLON This race is the perfect introduc on to the world of triath- lon for children of all ages. The aim of the game is smiles and compe on. Swim at Carson City's indoor Olympic- sized pool, and bike and run in iconic Mills Park. Carson Aqua c Facility 4-18yrs DIVE-IN MOVIE (COCO, PG) Come down to the Aqua c Center to enjoy two of your favorite summer me ac vi es combined; lounging at the pool and watching a movie. It's the perfect way to spend a summer evening. Rent a tube for $1 or bring your own. Lifejackets must be US Coast Guard-Approved. Carson Aqua c Facility All Ages JUNIOR LIFEGUARD This class is perfect for those who love the water and are interested in learning some basic lifeguarding skills. Par ci- pants must have the ability to swim front crawl for 25 yards, swim breast stroke for 25 yards, tread water for 1 minute, and exit the pool without stairs or ladder. Carson Aqua c Facility 11-15yrs RED CROSS LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION Get trained as a lifeguard today! Red Cross Lifeguard Cer - fica on is a good way to seek lifeguard employment at facili es across the country, or just take the class to learn valuable skills in lifesaving, first aid, and CPR. Par cipants must be able to pass a pre skills swim test.
