In addition, James Dunchuck is regional sales manager as of Jan- uary 6, 2020. The company, Urbana, IN, designs and supplies wear and abrasion-resistant linings and coat- ings for processing equipment. Bauer has full responsibility for the company's North American sales operations. He first joined the com- pany in 1980, starting in the shop while attending school. He then became a sales engineer in 1984 and regional sales manager in 2016. Dunchuck is a sales professional with more than 25 years of experi- ence in the markets that the com- pany serves. He has responsibility of the Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky sales territory. Erich Netzsch GmbH & Co. will appoint Paul Netzsch as a member of the Executive Board on April 1. Eventually, along with other board members Moritz Netzsch and Jens Niessner, Paul will help manage the company as part of a three-member body. According to the company's plans, he'll have no departmental responsibilities this first year and will use the time to gain in-depth knowledge of the company. The new appointee has two master's degrees, one from the University of St. Gallen and one from the CEMS Interna- tional Management Program in Bar- celona, Spain, along with a variety of additional management experience in a medium-sized family enterprise.
