Through a combination of coursework and experiential learning, students engage in critical thinking, inquiry, and discourse, skills necessary for becoming socially responsible citizens who are ecologically and environmentally aware. The certificate is designed for, although not limited to, students seeking an Associate in Arts Degree and planning transfer to four-year colleges and universities. PROGRAM NOTES + indicates course has prerequisites and/or corequisites. Students must earn a grade of "C" or better in all courses within the program.
