Prerequisites: Grade of "C" or better in MAT212 or MAT220, or MAT221, or equivalent. MAT227 / 3 CREDITS / 3 PERIODS MAT 2227 DISCRETE MATHEMATICAL STRUCTURES Introduction to lattices, graphs, Boolean algebras, and groups. Emphasis on topics relevant to computer science. Prerequisites: A grade of "C" or better in (CSC100 or CSC110) and (MAT220 or MAT221) or permission of Instructor. MAT230 / 5 CREDITS / 5 PERIODS MAT 2230 CALCULUS WITH ANALYTIC GEOMETRY II Techniques of integration for both proper and improper integrals with applications to the physical and social sciences, elements of analytic geometry, and the analysis of sequences and series. Prerequisites: Grade of "C" or better in MAT220 or MAT221 or equivalent. Course Note: Student may receive credit for only one of the following: MAT230 or MAT231.
