2009-10 review Memphis 75, Missouri 74
INFO MORE POISED Reƒdyƒnd
At one point in the game at Missouri, the Tigers trailed by 20 points in the opening half. But back-to-back threes early in the start of the second half helped the Tigers come back to within just two points down seven minutes into the second half. Back-to-back buckets from LaToya Bullard gave Memphis its first lead of the night with 38 seconds to play and a jumper from Brittany Carter with 13 seconds remaining gave the Tigers their first win of the season, and gave Melissa McFerrin her first win in a return to her alma mater. Carter finished just shy of a double-double with 30 points and nine rebounds, while Bullard finished with 15 points and four assists.
