(Bartlett HS), joins the Tigers after completing a four-year letter winning career for former Tiger Phil Clark at Bartlett High School. During his prep career, Willis helped the Panthers to three-straight 30- win seasons (100 wins in three years), including a 35-5 finish and a TSSAA Tennessee State runner-up in 2008.
