Specialty Food Entrepreneurs Glean Growth-Sparking Insights The 2019 Specialty Food Business Summit brought together specialty food makers, business owners, and entrepreneurs looking to spark growth in their businesses. From April 7-9 in Chicago, attendees joined sessions led by a lineup of industry veterans covering topics from creating a brand story to growth hacking to shopper marketing to generating free publicity. Networking opportunities were also numerous, with attendees having the chance to meet like-minded specialty entrepreneurs.
