The fundraiser honored Hospitality Professional of the Year, Chris Shake, CEO, Shake Enterprises and our Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Pierre Bain, owner of Fandango Restaurant. Over $120,000 was raised to suppor t the programs of MCHA, the only trade association for the $2 billion dollar hospitality industry.
