One of the top golfers in the program's history, Marissa Steen was a driving force in the Lady Tigers' success the past four years. Steen finished her career as the program's all-time medalist winner, taking first place in six tournaments. Of those six medalist performances, Steen led Memphis to five team titles. A three-time All-Conference USA pick, Steen logged 27 top-20 showings in 37 career tournaments, including a second-place performance at the 2011 C-USA Championships. Steen was a three- time C-USA All-Academic Team selection and a four-time National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) All-American Scholar.
