Each Department has a Director that oversees the different focus areas in their Department. Together with the General Manager, the five Directors make up the Management Team of the District. The Team, along with the Communications Officer and Board Secretary, meets weekly to collaborate and address important issues. They each bring a different perspective and expertise to the table which enhances problem solving. They also share what is going on in their focus areas, keeping the whole Team well informed about the workings of the District. This experience is further enhanced by a monthly meeting with all managers in the District.
