Guided Memphis to a third straight post season and a third consecutive 20-win season…Under McFerrin's guidance, three Tigers earned C-USA All-Conference honors, including C-USA Player of the Year Jasmine Lee (1st team), Brittany Carter (2nd team) and Nicole Dickson (2nd team)…Also guided senior guard Ramses Lonlack to a third straight all-defensive team honor and the 2012 C-USA Defensive Player of the Year Award…Memphis' 25 wins in 2012 is the most for the program since 1981-82…Signed a recruiting class for 2012-2013 that is already ranked in the top 45 in the country… Oversaw an over one million dollar fundraising campaign for a new locker room, team lounge and new storage and shower area and an addition campaign for a new video scoreboard in the Elma Roane Fieldhouse…Also helped raise funds for the Tigers' summer 2011 trip to Italy and has started fundraising for the team's next international trip and another facility renovation to include a new weight room and athletic training center for women's basketball and volleyball.
DANIELLE O'BANION
Associate Head Coach Fourth Season
O'Banion was promoted to Associate Head Coach in July of 2010 and has helped recruit over 15 players to Memphis who have helped Memphis to three straight post seasons and three straight 20-plus win seasons…Was honored by www. CollegeInsider.com as one of the top 25 high major assistant coaches in the country…Also serves on two WBCA Award committees and is serving as the BCA President until 2013.
SCHNEIDER BRETT
Assistant Coach Third Season
Responsible for coaching the Tiger posts…Helped post Jasmine Lee to C-USA Player of the Year honors and Nicole Dickson to second team all- conference honors…Those two Tigers posts accounted for 946 of the team's 2012 points (41.7 percent of the offense) and 43.4 percent of the team's rebounding.
MICHAEL WHOLEY
Assistant Coach Fourth Season
Helps coach the Tiger guards and has helped guide three straight point guards to 100-assist seasons..McFerrin's first hire at Memphis, Wholey has helped construct a Tiger squad that has won 20 or more games in three straight seasons and has helped continually ink nationally-ranked recruiting classes.
