Prerequisites: None. HUM107 / 3 CREDITS / 3 PERIODS HUMANITIES THROUGH THE ARTS Introduction to humanities including film, drama, music, literature, painting, sculpture, and architecture. Prerequisites: None. HUM108 / 3 CREDITS / 3 PERIODS CONTEMPORARY HUMANITIES An exploration of human expression in contemporary arts and sciences. Prerequisites: None. HUM120 / 3 CREDITS / 3 PERIODS CULTURAL VIEWPOINTS IN THE ARTS Introduction to the influence of culture and ethnicity on the artist, including factors such as race, religion, gender, class, sexual preference, age, and region. Lecture and discussion on various art forms, including literature, visual arts, music, dance, film, and theater. Prerequisites: None.
