Maricopa Community College Policies Chandler-Gilbert Community College Catalog and Student Handbook 2015-2016 60 Affirmative Action Policy Statement for Other Eligible Veterans, Special Disabled Veterans, and Vietnam Era Veterans In conformance with the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, the Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998, and the implementing regulations, 41 CFR 60-250 (k), Maricopa County Community College District will not discriminate, nor tolerate discrimination in employment or education, against any applicant, employee, or student because he or she is a special disabled veteran or Vietnam era veteran in regard to any position for which the known applicant or employee is qualified.
