ometimes, an addiction leads to something good. Jack Kuo couldn't stop eating cheese puffs. He
was mostly a healthy eater, but there was something about the crunchy, salty, cheesy snack he
couldn't resist. One night, though, he turned over the package of his favorite snack and didn't like
what he saw listed among the ingredients.
Turning a crunchy snack craving into a livelihood led to 100-hour
work weeks for Jack Kuo, the mind behind Serious Cheesy Puffs.
Now, that hard work is paying off, and his brainchild is being
taken seriously by consumers and retailers alike.
