They've dabbled in everything from chocolate (they previously owned a chocolate factory) to recycled egg-carton gardens, but it's a seasoning mix that has struck gold. Dinner Tonight is a line of seasoning mixes meant to be tossed with chicken, beans, and a few pantry items, for a dish that serves up to eight people. The couple even designed the whimsical paper-bag packaging. The winning mix is White Bean Chili Seasoning, an all-natural, gluten-free concoction that helped the Hutchisons win an award for best chili at a Dallas market contest earlier this year. The dish has a careful balance of spices, which Clyde describes as "just enough to be interesting but not enough to make your face sweat." Other varieties in the seasoning line include Black Bean Tortilla Chili, Fajitas, Burgers, and Salmon. Suggested retail price: $3.50/0.8 ounces.
